When can I drop off and pick up my child?
Campers should arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled camp start. Please pick up your student on time. Pickups after 5-minute grace period will result in late pickup fee of $15 every 15 minutes. How do we handle the summer heat?
- Campers will have regular access to water fountains or drinking water taps. We will encourage campers to drink regularly & fill up throughout the day
- SciGenie counselors will plan lower activity games/activities when the sun is the strongest and will take advantage of shaded areas throughout the day
- If sunscreen is packed with camper, counselor will allow time and provide reminders for application
- Campers will be outside for no more than 30 minutes during the peak heat of the day
